The boza production system was developed based on five output capacities.
Depending on the respective equipment, it can be one of the following two types:
1st type technological line, including:
1. Autoclave on a separate bearing structure;
2. Cooler, blending machine and sugaring unit – on a common frame.
3.Distr. board and instrumentation;
Covering the following output capacities -170 and 300 litres/brewing
IInd type technological line, including:
1. Autoclave, cooler, blending machine and sugaring unit – on separate frames;
2. Pump; 3. Buffer tray; 4. Distr. board and instrumentation;
5. Pipelines, fittings, instrumentation; 6. Service platforms;
Covering the following output capacities – 450, 750 and 1500 litres/brewing
The Company is capable of manufacturing systems with higher output capacity.
